Returns & Exchanges

At Barefoot Campus Outfitter, we want you to love your collegiate gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Please note that clearance items and custom-printed apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
